Not sure if therapy is the right next step?
Let’s meet briefly to explore it together.
A calm, grounded space to talk things through
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to sort it out alone.
This is a place to slow down, be heard, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying — at your own pace.
Start with a free 15-minute consultation.
What to expect from the free consultation
This is a brief, non-clinical conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
There’s no therapy, no advice, and no pressure to continue — just a chance to ask questions, share a bit about what’s going on, and see what next steps (if any) make sense.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet.
This call is simply a place to start.
My approach
As a therapist and former Zen monk, I offer a mindful, present-centered approach that’s grounded, compassionate, and steady.
We slow things down, reconnect with what matters, and gently work with the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My work is influenced by mindfulness, acceptance-based approaches, and relational therapy, with an emphasis on self-compassion and values-aligned living.
I’m less interested in fixing you and more interested in helping you feel more at home in yourself.
This work may be helpful if you’re navigating things like:
Anxiety or ongoing overwhelm
Major life transitions or uncertainty
Old patterns that keep repeating
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
Wanting more clarity, steadiness, or self-trust
You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear label for what you’re experiencing. If something in you knows it’s time for support, that’s enough.
Telehealth & logistics
I offer secure, private-pay telehealth counseling/psychotherapy for adults in Washington State.
Sessions are held via secure video, with simple online scheduling and clear expectations from the start.
Standard session rate: $120 (50 minutes)
We’ll review all practical details — including consent, fees, and policies — before any therapy begins.
A note about fit
Finding the right therapist matters. The consultation is a chance to see how it feels to talk together and whether my approach aligns with what you’re looking for.
If we decide it’s not the right fit, I’m happy to help you think about other options or referrals.
Feeling unsure is normal. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
