This weekly online process group is for men who want to show up more fully in their lives—present, grounded, and real. Together, we slow down and listen: to our bodies, to each other, and to the parts of ourselves that often go unheard. With the support of other men, we explore how we relate, how we protect, how we connect, and what gets in the way.

Each session weaves in brief mindfulness practices and open, unscripted conversation. You’ll be invited to speak from the heart, give and receive feedback, and practice staying present in the moments that matter.

This group may be a good fit if you’re:

  • Looking for more authentic connection with other men

  • Interested in emotional presence, not performance

  • Ready to explore your patterns in real-time, in real relationships

  • Seeking a space that balances honesty with care

You don’t need to be “good at talking” or have meditation experience. Just a willingness to show up and be curious. This is a space for growth, not perfection.
